We give you choice and control
We may use your contact information to tell you about other products we think might interest you. However, if you don’t want us to contact you for promotional purposes, you can tell us when you provide the information. Your contact preferences only apply to marketing contact. We may need to communicate with you regarding the usability of your product or critical messages relating to your orders (such as shipping messages, stock status of your order, critical notices, or legally mandated notices).
Fishing Tackle Policies
We receive many inquiries regarding our shipping policies and procedures. We have done our best to outline the most pertinent information on our Shipping Details Page. The “Shipping Details” page seeks to answer the most common concerns, however, should you still have questions please email our Shipping Department.
In Stock / Out of Stock Items
We seek to keep our inventory levels current and up to date. Our inventory system updates daily and reflects our inventory levels each morning. This means that if you are allowed to order and item it was in stock as of that morning. In some cases we will sell out during the day and your order will get back-ordered. In these cases we will contact you with the information you provide upon checkout and offer you one of the following options:
1. Back-order the item: Your entire order will remain in a back ordered status and will receive the item in the order you placed it. Meaning you will be on the top of the list and would have your item shipped the day it arrives to us from the manufacturer.
2. Change the order: In some cases you may not want to wait for a particular item. In this case during a conversation or email with you we can change out the ordered item for an alternative item.
3. Cancel the order: If you choose to not wait for a back-order or change the order, we will gladly cancel the order. It is possible to cancel just a single item from an order no problem and it won’t effect your free apparel or free shipping status by removing this item from your order. Also, note you were not ever billed for this item. We only charge your credit card for the amount of the items shipped and ALWAYS at the time of shipping – not the time of ordering.
We want all customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy offers a full refund on items returned within 30 days of the original purchase. All items being returned must be in new and unused condition. In some cases, returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $ 20. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be refunded minus the cost of shipping: this includes all 2nd day air and next day air shipments.
We require all customers to contact us before returning their items. You may notify us of your intentions via email at email@example.com or calling toll free at (843) 609-1287. Customer assumes all shipping costs incurred by the return shipment unless otherwise negotiated upon original contact. Should we assume fault for incorrectly filling an order we will cover the shipping costs incurred.
